Covid-19

  • Covid Vaccine Helpline: if you have any questions about Covid vaccination, call 0800 030 8013
  • Covid Vaccination Clinics: Fiona Elcock Vaccination Centre, Unit 7, Elgin Retail Park, Elgin, IV30 6RP (open daily 10.15am-6pm – drop-in vaccination for over 18s, or call 0800 030 8013 for an appointment
  • Covid Vaccination Status: download and print your Covid vaccination status from the NHS Inform website: https://www.nhsinform.scot/covid19status or by calling the Covid-19 Status Helpline on 0808 196 8565.
  • Covid Symptoms: If you have developed symptoms (however mild) stay at home for 10 days from the start of your symptoms and arrange to be tested (see below). Do not go to your GP, pharmacy or hospital.  If your symptoms worsen, especially if you are in a high-risk group or you become very breathless, or if your symptoms have not improved in 10 days, call 111.
  • Covid Testing:
    • PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) testing is for anyone with Covid symptoms – stay at home at the outset of symptoms and book a test.  Book online: https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test or by phone – call 0800 028 2816.

Moray Handyperson Service

  • Moray Handy Person Services: to help you stay safe and independent in your own home – to do small jobs, such as changing a light bulb, fitting draught excluders, fitting curtain rails, replacing toilet seats, hanging curtains, assembling flat-packs, etc.  Also offers: a toenail trimming service; de-cluttering; help with shopping or pet care if you are unwell or just out of hospital.
